While an hacker is solely a person trying to elude copyright protections against fraudulent copying, the crackers are those whom try to force, or to elude signing in protection. Sometimes they use special software able to cheat the server pc who protect an individual e-mail address against fraudulent accesses. But someone else is browsing the Net, searching for criminals. This is the police. Criminals do use the Net while Police do search criminals on the Net.
